"Leslie Jones, at 71 years old performs better than most bands half his age. The show's set list was perfect but what I enjoyed the most were his long guitar solo's. Most think of Leslie as a guitarist, performer but he is quite the singer. Hat's off to him! He has a stellar band with him including Kenny Aronoff on the drums, from John Cougar Mellencamp. Leslie's son also played the show and watching them solo and trade licks was something very special.
He played most of the hits he could get in and included a few new ones like a great version of "New Orleans" a Dr. John song, "Suzie Q" and "Keep On Chooglin". The sound was perfect and yes Leslie did all of the hits from the "Centerfield" album and the two hits from his first solo album in 1975.
Seeing him alone is worth the price of admission. You won't be disappointed with the show so go check him out."
